No better land can be found in the world and no better climate exists for the perfect growth of grain grasses and fruit. Potatoes on these lands produce tremendous crops, Cabbage and other vegetables grow finely and of the best quality. Nearly all the farmers in this vicinity have more land than they can cultivate, and are cutting their large holdings into smaller tracts for the new comers who prefer to buy improved land. The prices of these lands are very low compared to that asked in other parts of the country. These lands are contiguous to the great North Bank road."

This view was taken five miles from Washougal, Wn."
