Dern and Craig are facing each other, and Kelly is facing front. Dern and Craig were in Portland for a visit by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. On the negative, the name “Dern” is written below the man on the left, the name “Parsons” is written below the man in the center, and the name “Craig” is written below the man on the right.
