A sign for Warrenton is visible in the left background. Handwritten note on the back of the print reads, "Condr. Dan McDougall, Engineer Ben Anderson and Fireman John Carroll compare watches at Warrenton, Ore. beside train No. 21, Sept. 18, 1951." Stamp on the back for Carl E. Vermilya, Staff Photographer for the Oregonian.
