History

Jeanne Michaels Radow (1921-2013) went to Bennington College and the Yale School of Nursing. She served in the Army Nurse Corps in the Philippines at the end of WWII. She eventually settled in Lake Oswego, Oregon, where she became a founder of the first Planned Parenthood in Portland, Oregon. During her retirement, she served as a docent for the Portland Art Museum.
