It is a full-figure portrait of Drake standing with her hand resting on the back of a wooden chair. She wears a black dress with a gold buckle at her waist. the photograph is cased in a desktop frame with gold matting. A typed note on the back of the frame reads, "Angeline Robb Drake. Presented by Mrs. Gertrude Drake Graves, Los Gatos, Calif. Apr. 8, '48."
