Poem on the wall of new youth recreation center in Woodburn, Oregon

A boy stands in front of a poem handwritten on 2 large sheets of paper attached to the wall of a new youth recreation center organized by the Woodburn Police Department in Woodburn, Oregon. The poem was written by the sheriff of Marion County, Indiana. Photographs from this series were published in the Valley Migrant League's Opportunity News on June 10, 1966.
