(0:12:27) Third interview is with elderly couple, last name Gross, outside same grocery store. They discuss people moving into the neighborhood and city services. (0:18:22) Cuts to interview crew figuring out microphone sensitivity. (0:19:30) Fourth interview starts, with audio but no video, followed by technical difficulties.
