Snow and ice in west Portland

Linemen on an ice-coated utility pole, after a winter storm in west Portland. Taken from the ground and looking up, icicles can be seen on the utility line next to the two linemen. This photograph was published in the Oregon Journal on Friday, January 20, 1950 (negative 5 of 14).
