Part of June D. Drake photographs
A float decorated for a Fourth of July parade is parked on a street in Silverton, Oregon. It is a small wagon pulled by two goats and driven by a boy. The back of the float has a spinning wheel and mannequins mounted on the back wearing suits. A sign attached to it reads, "Woolen Mills Store / Silverton Oregon / Popular Clothiers." A man and several young boys stand next to the float. The old Commercial Hotel can be seen in the background.
