Exterior of a store in Silverton, Oregon. Signs on the building read "Woolen Mills Store" and "Popular Clothiers." The store is decorated with American Flags for a Fourth of July parade. A small float drawn by two goats is parked in front of the store. A wire pen on the back of the float contains a sheep and a sign advertises the woolen mills store. A boy sits on the float holding the reins and a whip. A man stands next to the entrance to the store. Handwriting on the negative reads, "Drake Photo."
