People walk in a picket line in front of a liquor store in Portland, Oregon. The picket protests the sale of products from the Schenley Company in Delano, California, where grape pickers are on strike. They hold many signs, including 2 that read, "Schenley Liquor unfair to labor," and, "Schenley exploits the poor." An American flag is visible inside the window of the liquor store. Photographs from this series were published in the Valley Migrant League's Opportunity News on March 4, 1966.
