CBS Movie Crew Films Arden Pangborn

A film crew from the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) prepares to film Arden Pangborn for a scene in the movie "The Day Called X." Pangborn sits at a desk in the left foreground. A large camera is set up in front of his desk, and a man standing next to the camera smiles at Pangborn. Another man holds a slate that reads, "C.B.S. News Film, The Day Called X, Rasky - Portland - Dietrich, Scene 65, Take 1." A couple of lights are set up and other film crew members are visible in the photograph. Taken from an area behind Pangborn's desk. The film was about Portland's Civil Defense organization (negative 1 of 4).
