Cattle be rounded up after a collision between a truck carrying 17 heads of cattle and an empty gasoline truck on S.W. Harbor Drive in Portland. Several men approach the cattle with lassos, who appear to be grazing on grass in front of the Hawthorne Bridge and South Naito Parkway.
