Photograph showing President Warren G. Harding on a reviewing stand, delivering an address to a crowd in Meacham, Oregon, on July 3, 1923. Harding spoke in Meacham during a trip across the nation. A cropped version of this photograph was published on Page 8 of the Oregon Journal on Wednesday, July 4, 1923.
