Photograph of a train carrying construction machinery on flat cars to fulfill a sewer contract in Eugene, Oregon. A sign on the side of the train reads, "These ten cars are loaded with machinery to be used by James Kennedy of Fargo, North Dakota on the $500,000.00 sewer contract at Eugene, Oregone (sic)." The name "Clark" is handwritten on the bottom of the print and this photograph was likely taken by F. Melvin Clark. Handwriting on the back of the print reads, "Eugene."

Text details the history of the Skinner Butte camp for the headquarters detachment, including a list of commanders and the dates which they served. The commanders listed are: 2nd Lieutenant Warren C. Powell, Infantry Reserve; Captain David M. Shearer, 6th Engineer; Captain Arthur L. Warren, 10th Field Artillery; 1st Lieutenant Edgar M. Gregory, Coast Artillery Corps; Captain John E. Ray, 10th Field Artillery; 1st Lieutenant Norman B. Simmonds, 6th Coast Artillery Corps; and 1st Lieutenant Charles N. Branham, 6th Coast Artillery Corps. A hand-drawn map of the Skinner Butte Camp is taped to the bottom of the page.

Branham, 1st Lieutenant 6th Coast Artillery Corps and Camp Commander, and Seth M. Kerron, Captain Medical Corps Reserve and Attending Surgeon.

The third, fourth, and fifth photos show Major Casper B. Rucker, Major Charles H. Corlett, and Major Carroll P. Price and list the dates they were in service.

Another member of the camp is identified as Jack "Major" Connolle.
