Search party bringing body of William Morley Jr. off Mt. Jefferson

The body of climber William Morley Jr. being brought down milk creek glacier on Mt. Jefferson. His brother, Sam Morley, is at the left side of the group, holding the top of the litter, as the group slides down a snow slope. A cropped version of this photograph was published in the Oregon Journal on Thursday, September 9, 1954 (negative 1 of 4).
